Privacy Policy
At Qorvatis Analytics S.A.S. (“Qorvatis”, “we”) we treat user privacy as a central commitment. This document explains how we handle the personal data we collect through qorvatis.com, in compliance with Argentine Law No. 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and the provisions of the Public Information Access Agency (AAIP).
1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data is Qorvatis Analytics S.A.S., CUIT 30-71824619-4, with legal address at Av. Córdoba 1233, 7th Floor, C1055AAC, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. You may reach us at privacy@qorvatis.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email and message) and the technical data automatically registered when you visit the site (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and timestamps).
3. Purpose of processing
Data is processed to respond to inquiries, improve the quality of the informational content, measure site usage, guarantee security and comply with applicable legal obligations. Under no circumstance do we sell personal data.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, express and informed consent provided by the user upon submitting the form, and on the legitimate interest of the controller to operate and improve the site, in accordance with Article 5 of Law 25.326.
5. Data retention
Data is retained for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months from the last interaction. After that period, data is blocked and later deleted, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
6. Third parties and transfers
We may share technical and aggregate data with infrastructure and metrics providers (for example, Google analytics and advertising services) acting as data processors and contractually bound to maintain adequate protection levels. We do not perform international transfers that fail to meet the standards required by AAIP.
7. User rights
As a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, update, object to and request the deletion of your personal data. These rights can be exercised by writing to privacy@qorvatis.com, attaching a copy of an identity document.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to preserve the integrity, confidentiality and availability of data, including encryption in transit, access controls and periodic audits.
9. Minors
The site is intended for individuals aged eighteen (18) or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
10. Supervisory authority
If you consider your rights have been infringed, you may file a complaint with the Public Information Access Agency (AAIP), located at Av. Pte. Gral. Julián Sánchez de Bustamante 1663, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
11. Updates
This Policy may be updated. The version in force is identified by the date shown at the beginning of the document. Significant changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the site.
